Processing Time

All Havila products are made to order through our print-on-demand manufacturing partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During high-demand periods (launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes:

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Total time from order to delivery is usually processing time + shipping time combined. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary based on carrier delays or your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any current promotions (e.g., free shipping thresholds) will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you don't receive it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
